
Renewal Applications
Renewal applications are accessed through your GovBuilt account. Please note that the City of Duluth no longer accepts paper applications. All renewals must be submitted online.
How to Access Your Renewal Application
Log in to your account at:
https://duluthga.govbuilt.com/Login
*If you forgot your password, click “Forgot your password?” on the login screen to reset it.Click on the “License” box or tab.
Click the “Renew” button next to the license you wish to renew.
Complete the renewal application in its entirety and click “Submit.”
Important: No payment is due until after your application has been reviewed and processed by the City.
